PRODUCTS WARRANTY

COOKTOP/HOB WARRANTY:

The Kattich Cooktop/Hob is warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty is valid in India only.

NO WARRANTY ON GLASS (TANDOOR, INVERTED VESSELS OR SIMILAR VESSELS WHICH COVERS THE BURNER SHOULD BE STRICTLY AVOIDED).

WARRANTY WILL BE VOID:

*If the product had not been installed, used & maintained in accordance with the instruction manual.

*If any modification/alteration of any nature is carried out on the product.

*If the serial number of the product is tampered/altered

*If any repair is carried out by a person other than the one duly authorized by the company

*If the consumer does not have both the bill & warranty card duly filled

*If the commercial use of the product is done

The Warranty will not cover:

*Damages resulting from accidents, mishandling or negligence on part of the customer.

*Damage/breakage of any glass item, knobs, Bakelite/rubber parts, iron/metal parts etc.

*Normal wear & tear of parts

*Damages related to chipping, peeling, plating & denting

*The warranty is restricted at the company’s option to repair or to replace the parts proven to have any manufacturing defects    & does not cover replacement of the product. This warranty does not cover any further guarantee or warranty, statutory or otherwise and any remote indirect or consequential loss, injury or damage. If a consumer finds any complaint/problem, he should bring it to the concerned dealer or to the nearest company service center at the customer’s cost & risk. 

RANGEHOOD WARRANTY:

The company gives the warranty on domestic KATTICH Rangehood/Chimney, supplied sold by it for any faulty material or workmanship and undertakes to repair, at the sole discretion of the company. The warranty is for Lifetime of a Rangehood/chimney & the life of the chimney is TEN (5+5) Years from the date of purchase. Rest products like switch panel/touch panel contains one year warranty.
