A bug zapper, more formally called an electrical discharge insect control system, electric insect Killer or (insect) electrocutor trap, is a device that attracts and kills flying insects. A light source attracts insects to an electrical grid, where they are electrocuted by touching two wires with a high voltage between them. The KATTICH electric insect killer attracts the flying insects by blue light, such as flies, moths and other flying insects and then the electrically charged high voltage metal grids will electrocute the insects. The special designed blue light tube (ultra-violet rays) is completely harmless to human bodies and pets.
